1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before dispatch.

  • Customized or branded orders cannot be canceled once design approval is given.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The wrong product is delivered

  • The product is damaged, defective, or non-functional

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized and branded products

  • Used or damaged items (not due to shipping)

4. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

5. Return of Products

If a return is required:

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Courier cost may be borne based on reason for return
